Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We kindly ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. • Cancellations or reschedules made 24 hours or more in advance will receive a refund of the deposit. • Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited. NO SHOWS will be blocked and no longer able to rebook. This policy helps respect our time and allows us to accommodate other clients. ⸻ Late Arrival Policy Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full experience you booked. • Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may have their service time reduced to stay within the scheduled appointment window. • For services that include massages or detailed designs, the appointment may feel more rushed, but quality will never be compromised. • In some cases, excessively late arrivals may need to be rescheduled, and the deposit may be forfeited.
